The total area in Lake Highlands is 14.8 sq. mi of land. Its borders roughly correspond with Dallas's City Council District 10. Lake Highlands isn’t surrounded by water in any direction. The population is around 84,181, which isn’t a lot of people. There is transportation that goes from Lake Highlands to other parts of Texas.
